The event I wanted to attend is sold out!  Can you add me?

Sorry, but once an event is full, we are unable to accommodate additional participants.  We hand prepare craft materials for each participant in advance, and once those are accounted for, we cannot add additional guests.  We also host our events in spaces that do not belong to us, but that are generously shared by our partners.  Sometimes there are space limitations on the number of students allowed.  BUT please send us an email at socialcraftcolumbus@gmail.com and we will gladly add you to the waiting list, should there be a cancellation.

I can no longer attend the event I signed up for.  What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel for a full refund up to 48 hours prior to the event.  Just contact us and let us know and we will process your refund in a timely manner.  If you need to cancel within 48 hours of your session, unfortunately, we are unable to refund your money (the materials have already been prepared) or credit your money for another event (our project offerings are constantly changing and we cannot guarantee that the same craft will be offered again).  However, we are more than fine with you giving your spot to another person.  Just email us their full name ahead of time.

I would love to see ____ offered at an event.  Can you add this?
